Want to know how to Promote Your Celtic Band in the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast and Celtic Music Magazine?
The Irish & Celtic Music Podcast includes a vast network of websites, including Celtic Music Magazine, St. Patrick's Day Party Music, Celtic Christmas Podcast, Celtic Christmas Music, Halfway to St. Patrick's Day, Pub Songs & Stories, Irish Song Lyrics and many more. My goal is to promote YOUR music and help you gain new fans. I hope we can build a long-term relationship together. So please complete the form each time you release a new album.
In 2018, I started buying music from some artists featured on the show. I'm expanding. So not only do you get free promotion, but you also will get paid for being on the podcast thanks to the generosity of my Patrons of the Podcast.
That said, if you want to send me your digital album either before it is released or just because....
Please send music either through Google Drive or Dropbox. It may take me up to a month to download. Please make include ID3 tags for all your files. If you zip up your file, please include your band name and the album name so that I can easily recognize who's album is submitted.
Upload your entire
album to Google Drive (128kbps MP3 preferred, no WAVs
please).
Then "Get shareable link" and email me at
celticpodcast@gmail.com
OR
Upload your
entire album via Dropbox (128kbps MP3 preferred, no
WAVs please)
Click Share and Copy the share link. Then email the link to
celticpodcast@gmail.com
If you use another website for sharing your MP3s, email a link to that.
The more music I have to play, the more likely you'll get featured. So feel free to submit another album.
IMPORTANT! Please make sure you include proper ID3 tags with your MP3 submissions. You can use a program like iTunes to edit the MP3s. Or just rip your CD. Make sure the Artist and Album Name are included.
You can follow up by email to the address above.
Promo Picture
Do yourself a favor. Make sure you have a high-resolution photo (at
least 1500 pixels wide, 72 dpi) on your website. I may want to use
your photo to promote an episode of the podcast. If there's no easy
way to download it, I can't feature you.
Tell Your Fans
I tag you on Facebook when
you are featured. Please share the show with your fans.
In every show, I ask fans to vote for their favorite songs in that
show. You can tell your fans about it and you're more likely to get
a big feature in our annual Celtic Top 20. So let your fans know
every time you are featured!
Make sure you check out this Secret Facebook Promo
Tip.
Submit Another Album
Do you have more than one album? You can
submit older albums or just make sure you give me permission to
play older music.
Your permission form submission lasts for 5 years. But it helps if you RESUBMIT with each new album.
Link Back to the Podcast
No. This is not required. It's a simple courtesy. I'll be linking
to your website a lot. You can reciprocate by adding a link to
CelticMusicPodcast.com or use one of these
banners.
Follow our Spotify Playlist
Yes. We have a playlist on Spotify. It's called Top Irish &
Celtic Music. It features some of the most-popular songs
as voted on in the Celtic Top 20.
The more people who Follow this Playlist, the more powerful it will
become for helping bands to top the charts.
Follow Up!
Please drop me an email in about
a month to follow up on your submission.
Update your Facebook Feed
I go to your website and Facebook feed to find news to feature on
the Monday after I feature you on the podcast. If you have new
shows coming up, I will share that with our Facebook fans and tag
you.
