I’ve taken up running the last few weeks. As I was running through some trails listening to the podcast, I realized it’s been a while since I did a workout episode of the Irish & Celtic Music Podcast. So I thought I’d remedy that right now.

Once again, this will be non-stop music. And it speeds up through the show before slowing down at the end. Like I did in show #277, our last workout show, I will share the band names and tracks at the end of the show along with a cool down track.

Make sure you check out the shownotes. I list timestamps for all of the songs in the show. So if you want to find out the awesome band at show time 10:32, you will find that in the notes at

Because of Your kind and generous support, this show comes out every week. Your generosity funds the creation, promotion and production of the show. It allows us to attract new listeners and to help our community grow.
